Central Florida expressway projects received prestigious engineering excellence awards. Two Central Florida Expressway Authority (CFX) capacity improvements projects featuring Flex Lanes technology were recently honored by the American Council of Engineering Companies of Florida (ACEC-FL) with Florida Engineering Excellence Awards.
